Tim Bender, Ph.D.  LinkedIn

Tim is a Professor of Chemical Engineering at the University of Toronto, and has a leadership background in industrial chemistry R&D at the Xerox Corporation of Canada. He brings deep synthetic chemistry expertise, as well as valuable strategic guidance, to the Amber Molecular team and its development operations.

James is an innovation-focused M.B.A. graduate of U of T's Rotman School of Business, and an all-around Excel-lent person. James brings a firm grasp of financial and organizational practices, allowing him to ensure that the growth of the business is well-directed.

Trevor Plint, Ph.D.  LinkedIn

Trevor is an OLED technology specialist with a Ph.D. from The University of Toronto and a background in materials screening. Trevor brings interdisciplinary skills from chemistry and computer science, with the goal of building new world-class light emitting systems.

Richard is an industrially-minded graduate of the UW Nanotechnology Engineering B.A.Sc. program and the U of T Chemical Engineering M.A.Sc. program. He brings experience and enthusiasm from his past work at several technology startups, and is focused on growing the company's development operations beyond the nano-scale.

Siena is a skilled chemist who graduated from the University of Ottawa Honours B.Sc. program, specializing in materials chemistry, and obtained her M.A.Sc. from the University of Toronto in the Chemical Engineering department. She brings a wealth of knowledge in small molecule synthesis and is focused on growing the materials manufacturing capabilities of Amber Molecular.

Owen completed his Ph.D. at the University of Ottawa, focusing his work on organic thin-film transistors. He combines expertise in thin-film engineering with a flair for technical problem solving to help streamline OLED prototyping, characterization and analysis.
